The MERC Education Committee is back again with our 4th annual education and ice fishing event! Please join us for an afternoon of education, ice fishing, games, and networking at Lord Fletcher's on beautiful Lake Minnetonka.

This session is designed for mobility professionals, suppliers, and individual contributors looking to advance their careers while enhancing the influence and investment in global mobility.

After the education session, we will be hosting an ice fishing extravaganza to support The Foundation for Workforce Mobility, whose charities of choice are Family Promise, Move for Hunger, the WERC Scholarship Fund, and Elevate to Even Plus Intern Programs. We will have a variety of games and raffles. All proceeds will go to support these great organizations.
If you plan to fish, we have you covered! Participants will need to purchase a one-day fishing license. Space is limited for fishing, so register today to save your seat in one of the luxury ice castles!
Don’t fish but want to enjoy some comradery with your industry peers? Join us on the lake for a fire, beverages, games, and no doubt a laugh or two as many of our out-of-town guests experience being on ice for the first time. It is sure to be a hit yet again - we hope to see you there!
Attire: Warm Casual (Jeans, sweaters, hat, fleece, flannel, mittens, boots….it’s a Minnesota winter!)
