Membership

Join MERC and take advantage our Annual Conference, Education Events, Corporate Roundtables, and Community Cares Fundraising Events where you will learn from experts and peers about the latest trends and best practices in talent mobility.  At each opportunity you will network with other MERC members in a solicitation-free environment while earning continuation education credits for your professional certifications.

Each year all MERC Members will be able to take advantage of four in person events in the Twin Cities area, and our corporate members receive an additional two opportunities to attend virtual roundtables hosted by local corporate Talent Mobility leaders:

  • One Annual Conference

  • Two Virtual Corporate-Only Roundtables 
  • One Community Cares Fundraising Event
