Pre-Conference Activities Tuesday September 22nd Brookview Golf Course 316 Brookview Pkwy S, Golden Valley MN 55426 G Golf with us at Brookview: First tee time is 11am for an 18 hole scramble. Golf groups will have the opportunity to purchase mulligans with the proceeds going towards MERC Community Cares Charitable donation. There will be prizes for closest to the pin on par threes and overall lowest scores. If you register for golfing, keep an eye out for follow up communications with all the details and know before you go info. You will have the chance to pre-select your foursome or the MERC team can pair you up. Announcing Our Keynote Speaker! MERC is proud to welcome Laurin Cathey, Senior Vice President & Chief Human Resources Officer of Children's Minnesota, as the keynote speaker for the 2026 Annual Conference.  A respected executive leader with extensive experience driving organizational performance through people, culture, and leadership, Laurin will deliver thought-provoking insights on how organizations can remain anchored to their values while navigating today's rapidly changing business environment. Through the lens of this year's theme, North Star Connections, attendees will gain valuable perspectives on leadership, workforce engagement, talent strategy, and building meaningful connections that drive organizational success. Meetings include presentations from industry experts, networking, activities that support our charitable organization and a social hour after the meeting. MERC is committed to providing credential maintenance for ERC credits. | Community Cares EventsThe mission of MERC Community Cares is to provide charitable outreach to individuals and families in need of support. Through fundraising drives and charity events, MERC and it’s member community support organizations in their efforts to end hunger, poverty and homelessness, improve the lives of children and care for the elderly. | Non-Solicitation PolicyMERC events provide a safe environment where both Corporate Members and Service Providers can feel comfortable and are able to focus on their education and professional development.
