Session 1: From Transactions to Strategy - Workforce Insights that Shape Mobility Decisions presented by Mercer

This session reframes mobility as an outcome of broader workforce strategy rather than a standalone operational function. We’ll explore how integrated workforce insights — combining skills supply and demand, talent pipelines, strategic priorities, geographical footprint and business imperatives — inform when, where and how mobility should be used to meet organizational goals. Rather than focusing on mobility metrics alone, the conversation centers on using workforce intelligence to decide which roles truly require relocation or international assignment, which can be addressed through local hiring or remote work, and how mobility investments advance strategic objectives like capability building, market expansion and succession readiness.

Session 2: The Smart Move for Duty of Care: Crisis Readiness for Domestic and International Mobile Workforces

Dale Buckner, CEO of Global Guardian, will lead an insightful session designed to help global mobility leaders enhance preparedness and response strategies for both domestic and international workforces during critical events. Drawing on Global Guardian’s expertise in integrated medical, emergency response, and security services, the session will focus on practical approaches to strengthening duty of care in an increasingly complex risk environment.
